I am definitely behind on my postings so I am going through a few quick postings to catch up. Aaron did do the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. We were very proud of him. I was a bit scared when he told me that the water was 51 degrees fahrenheit in the bay. Aaron toughed it out. He said it was the hardest race he ever did. The main thing is that he finished and in one piece. I think it was a little over 4 hours. Not sure if he will do it again but it was great that he was a part of it.
